Ten years as a DJ. Hundreds of nights figuring out in real time what a crowd needed, when to push, when to pull back. That's not a metaphor for facilitation. That's exactly what facilitation is.
Then ten years as a dairy manager leading a diverse team through the daily grind of a 1,200-head goat dairy. When things broke down, we gathered the people, named the problem, and worked it. Workshop facilitation. With goats.
